1. We Store Nothing

We do not store your idea text, and we do not collect any personal information.

Generated kits are held in temporary server memory for 24 hours only, then permanently and automatically deleted. After that window, the kit cannot be recovered — by you or by us.

We do not run analytics on idea content. Your idea is never used to train models, shown to other users, or retained in any form after the TTL expires.

Note: IP addresses may be transiently logged by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) as part of normal server operation. This is outside our control and subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

2. Payments — $2.99, One-Time, No Refunds

• —The price to download your kit is $2.99 USD, one-time per kit. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges of any kind. You are charged only when you choose to download.
• —All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions, no chargebacks. Digital goods are delivered immediately upon payment — there is nothing to return. By completing a payment you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
• —Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• —No account or email address is required to make a payment.
• —If your payment succeeds but the kit has expired (over 24 hours old), you will need to regenerate it. We cannot recover expired kits and no refund will be issued.

3. Generated Content

⚠ AI Disclaimer: Kits are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes, hallucinations, outdated dependencies, or insecure patterns. Treat every generated file as a starting point, not production code. Always review, test, and audit before deploying anything to a live environment. Cyanprotocol LLC accepts no liability for harm caused by relying on AI-generated output without independent review.

• —All files in your kit are generated by AI and provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• —You own all generated content — we claim no intellectual property rights over the files in your ZIP.
• —AI output may contain errors, outdated information, or advice that does not apply to your specific situation. Always review generated files before using them in production.
• —We are not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of generated content.

4. General

• —eatmyjunk is owned and operated by Cyanprotocol LLC. Cyanprotocol LLC holds all legal rights to the eatmyjunk brand, service, domain, and associated intellectual property.
• —No sign-up or account is required to use this service.
• —The service is provided as-is. We make no uptime or availability guarantees.
• —We reserve the right to change pricing or these terms at any time without prior notice.
• —By using this service you confirm you are at least 13 years of age.
